I really enjoyed Google’s article on how their SRE team is using the Gemini CLI to solve real-world challenges. Automating repetitive, low-value work is what I’ve always loved about DevOps.
We’ve done the same with our podcast through our chatbot, Bolt. It’s simplified and automated a ton of previous toil — compiling show notes, suggesting titles, helping with cover art, and even powering AI chat so we can ask things like “Did we cover this feature before?” or “When was the last time Ryan ranted about Kubernetes?” It’s all a simple <@U08TFAKKSBS> away in our Slack channel, and he’s available to our listeners there too.
